I’ll be honest, sometimes I feel an indescribable rage. I have had back-to-back worst years of my life. 2017 hit me like a big bag of thundercocks. Then 2018 followed up like a train blazing full speed ahead right into my chest.

It’s also okay if your life isn’t where you want it to be.

Anger, when channeled and controlled, can be a force for good. That’s a point that I loved on Harris’ site, an article on the Positive Value of Anger.

Stand Like Superman: Look 2 Inches Taller in 2 Seconds

You know that body language is important, but are you sometimes unsure what to do about it? How do you appear taller? How do you stand like Superman and gain his confidence (get Superman’s superhero confidence here)?

That’s what this short (no pun intended) post will cover today. It’s about how to look more attractive, and even look taller with one easy tweak!

Check out this minute long video that inspired today’s post:

That video is an amazing representation of how people don’t connect the dots between Clark Kent and Superman.

The changes are subtle, but the difference in body language does make him look like a different person altogether!

Though, when I asked the girl sitting next to me in the coffee shop for her thoughts she thought ‘Superman’ looked a bit shifty. The moral of that part of the story is don’t hesitate. If you hesitate you look creepy 😉

How to Stand Like Superman

I’ve got an ultimate guide on body language in the workshop that will dive into these things more in-depth (EDIT: because of the huge amount of information there is in body language, I’ve decided to split it up into a series that I’ll be working on. Check that out here). But for now, here is a quick rundown to get you started:

Straighten your back. Pull your shoulders back and speak from your stomach.

Chris, in the above video, shows you exactly why these small things are so important. He goes from an unattractive nerd to a stud.

These changes aren’t anything major. In fact, they’re just a few small tweaks. But if you stand like Superman you will become more attractive in literally seconds.

But because of those changes he comes off as a completely different person!

You might not be trying to hide a super hero identity (although if you are, call me!)

But you can easily transform yourself into your own hero. It doesn’t matter if you’re as dorky as Clark Kent, unable to even speak to a woman without fumbling through your words. This is where I started. Hell, I was even worse. I accidentally yelled at my first date!

You can transform yourself in literally seconds. Transforming from Clark Kent’s 2/10 into Superman’s 10/10 in seconds.

You will have to focus on the changes to make sure they become a new, more attractive habit. But it’s possible, and if you need any help then make sure to leave a comment. We’re all in this together 🙂

Lucio does not focus only on dominance, as I will in this review. But they were the articles that put the most stars in my eyes because I have seen barely anyone write such well-written articles on it. When I found him I knew I had to reach out to review him. His website will help you, just as it is helping me.
  • Also, I have to mention that English is not Lucio’s first language. You will find some errors in his writing. Same with his videos. These are tiny errors that native English speakers also make. You will understand him. The information is solid and Lucio makes it easy to understand, especially with video examples. Don’t let dumb excuses get in the way of becoming a better man.
  • Final disclaimer: his website doesn’t allow you to right click and some of his links don’t automatically open a new window and this frustrates me. That doesn’t, however, take away anything from the content. The content is something that I fully endorse and is worth the slight right-clicking annoyance.

Have you ever seen a guy walk into a room and immediately be respected by everybody? Not only respected, but also see that women are attracted to him before even speaking to him?

I know I have, and it was unbelievably frustrating.

I would think to myself: “What does this guy have that I don’t? Why is he so special?”
